Privacy policy.
Updated 2 October 2026.
Rivoryxa Technologies is a verification services company based in Andhra Pradesh, India. This policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with this website.
What we collect
This website is static. It has no accounts and no sign up. It uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and records your approximate location, device, browser, the pages you open, and how you arrived. We see totals and trends, not named individuals. Apart from that, we collect nothing automatically about your visit beyond what your browser and our hosting provider record to serve the page. The contact page has one form. It asks for your name, email address, problem area, and a short description of the problem. A company or project name is optional. When you submit it, the form sends those details, together with the page address and the time of submission, to a script we run on Google. That script records them in a private spreadsheet we control and sends them to our email inbox. If it is unavailable, the form prepares an email draft instead, and your message reaches us only when you send that email.
The enquiry information we hold is what you choose to send us by email, including emails prepared using the contact form. That is typically your name, email address, company, and what you write about your verification problem. Share only non confidential context at this stage. Do not include confidential files or details. Confidential project material is shared only after a non disclosure agreement and handling terms are agreed.
How we use it
We use what you send only to reply to you, to discuss the work you asked about, and to carry out an engagement if one begins. We do not use it for advertising or profiling, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics is provided by Google, which processes the measurement data on our behalf and under its own terms. The cookies it sets are its own, not ours. You can block them with your browser settings, with an extension such as Google's opt out add on, or by using private browsing. Blocking them does not change how the website works for you. We do not use analytics data for advertising, and we do not combine it with what you send us through the contact form.
Sharing
The contact form is delivered by Google Apps Script, which runs on Google and stores the enquiry in a private Google Sheet that only we can open. Our email and hosting providers process information as needed to deliver their services. We do not provide your personal information to third parties for their own marketing or advertising. We may disclose information where required by law. Technical material you send is treated as confidential and, where a non disclosure agreement is in place, under that agreement.
Retention
We keep email correspondence, and the contact form record described above, for as long as it is useful for the enquiry or engagement it relates to, and for as long as we are required to keep records. You may ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.
Links to other sites
This site links to our pages on LinkedIn and GitHub. Those services are run by other companies under their own privacy policies and their own cookies. We have no control over what they collect.
Your rights
You may ask us what information about you we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed.
